ABOUT THE OWNERS

Carlos Griego founded Bosque Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in 2018 as a means to support his family and put his HVAC and plumbing skills to work in the Albuquerque community. Carlos developed his intense work ethic and devotion to people from having to support himself and his brother from a young age. Carlos continues both his work ethic and his passion for people in everything that he does at Bosque, whether that’s taking the team through a leadership book or empowering the crew to support families in need when they’re out on the job. On a personal note, Carlos loves hanging out with his wife and children, enjoys dirt biking, and a number of other outdoor activities.

Jorge Rojas’ background is in carpet cleaning, and the recession in 2008 caused him to get in restoration. He was running his restoration business in San Diego, and at family functions (yes, these two are relatives—he’s married to Carlos’ wife’s cousin) they’d always gravitate to each other and talk shop. So when Jorge moved to Albuquerque, it only made sense for them to go into business together and round out Carlos’ HVAC, plumbing, and roofing expertise with Jorge’s restoration expertise. When he’s not serving the Bosque team and Albuquerque community, Jorge, his wife, and his three girls love exploring the great outdoors; boating, wake surfing, dirt biking, skiing, and pretty much any adrenaline-packed activity.
