After finding a leaky water heater, a call to Bosque heating and cooling resulted in an immediate response. The technician quickly assessed the damage and called for the restoration division to also respond. Within the hour they had started the dry out process and assisted us with starting a claim with the insurance company. The representative made sure he stayed with us throughout the entire claim process meeting with the adjusters and reaching out to the insurance company to ensure that the claim was fair and equitable. It was an extremely stressful situation which was made much better by the professionals who worked beyond the normal expectations to ensure we were taken care of. I could not be more happy with the professional service afforded by this great group of people and would definitely think of them first for all my heating and cooling needs in the future
